Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Just Say YES Online Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Just Say YES Online Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. Just Say YES may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Just Say YES until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
Just Say YES may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Just Say YES may reject any order, or any part of an order. Just Say YES may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via the Just Say YES Online Store.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the Just Say YES Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Just Say YES will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Just Say YES attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Just Say YES cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
Pricing and Product Information
Just Say YES makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to our products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Just Say YES’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Just Say YES’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Just Say YES, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Just Say YES will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Security and Privacy
The JUST SAY YES Online Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.
When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https". A third indication of SSL activation is the “Secured By GeoTrust” icon that is displayed only if the webpage is both secured and verified by GeoTrust.
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. All orders will generally be processed, billed, and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Just Say YES declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Just Say YES will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, Just Say YES will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Just Say YES will issue a refund.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Generally, all orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Once packages have been shipped, they should arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are shown below:

Sales Tax
Just Say YES collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Just Say YES will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Just Say YES is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Just Say YES for the amount of such tax, and Just Say YES’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.
Warranties
The only warranties Just Say YES provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the Just Say YES Online Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written Just Say YES documentation accompanying such product or service.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the Just Say YES Online Store within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. You will receive a full refund for the product minus the cost of shipping and handling. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement.
